Excellent with only one reservation: the door of the shower stall is not watertight, and the sloped shower floor makes it a little difficult for older guests. Otherwise, perfecto!

The only challenge was the allergic reaction to the concentration of soap used in the bedding making sleep for two nights challenging. No compensation was offered was a disappointment. Would still stay there on future visits to Florence.

Villa Neroli is beautiful! We traveled with our 10 month old and the room was super big for her to crawl around. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for dinner and even phoned to make us a reservation. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Florence city center, but still close enough for you to get into see the major attractions! Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

We stayed here for the weekend after visiting Pisa, the hotel is very clean, quiet and the bar and restaurant were impressive.. the staff is great!!

I think the property was very beautiful, calm and relaxing. I do think they mislead you on how far things are from the hotel. Expect atleast 20/25 minutes by taxi. I would recommend this hotel again, but I think you just have to be mindful that things are further than what they have listed in terms of distance. This might be a better option for those who have a car especially since you can park for free. I think since we stayed for a shorter time, I would have wanted something closer to the city area. I still think the hotel and staff was pleasant.

The grounds and rooms were clean and inviting, they have outdoor space to sit outside in shade and sun. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it was cold and raining. The bus stop is about 4 blocks away which will take you right to the train station and downtown. (bus 17) validate your ticket on the bus there is a machine. There are some restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was great lots of options. Dinner menu for me was not my type of food. Very upscale options and sometimes I just wanted something simple. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, quiet and clean property that is a pleasure to come back to after a long day. Short taxi ride to city center and we also rented a car and it was not too far from places we wanted to visit. Great breakfast options at the buffet. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and pleasant. We had great massages, ate two delicious dinners and had breakfast there everyday. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend if you want to be close to everything but not in city center.

Nice hotel, the breakfast is wonderful!

Realize you will be somewhat outside the city center but it’s what I wanted. Don’t hesitate with this place it’s amazing. They do absolutely everything right to make you comfortable and relaxed. The grounds are an 11/10. Immaculate. Go

Everything is perfect. Except small room for car parking

Arrived on property and wasn’t pleased with rooms cleanliness. Tons of mosquitoes which left us with tons of bites. Server was great, food was mid. Not a favorite, wouldn’t be back.
