Our room wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after the guaranteed time but our parking cost way waived. A male staff member when above and beyond - letting me know where the water filling station was when he noticed me walking around with my canteen lid off. So nice!

This is the hotel if you have kids. Feels like you’re away somewhere warm. Atmosphere is great, lots for kids to do. Very convenient with McDonald’s next door, Gino’s pizza and Tim’s across the street. It’s about a 5 min car ride to Clifton Hill! We have stayed at many hotels in Niagara and this is our new favourite, we will be back! Staff are super friendly and rooms are clean!

Unfortunately for our family the hotel was overrun with kids being allowed to act as though this was their space while parents sat and socialized ib the courtyard couches. My chuldren were woken throughout the night with kids running soan the hallwats, we couldnt enjoy the pool because hoards of kids were making it dangerous for them by roughhousing and being obnoxious with no intervention from hotel staff. These tournaments while great for your hotel business make the experience for other guests awful. While waiting for breakfast parents sat in the restaurant and enjoyed their coffee as their children ran in and out one pushing my toddler down with parents offering zero intervention (yet a scowl when I said something the second time he shoved through). The fire alarm also went off, unsure if it was pulled in the fooling around or truly went off but made for a very chilly (and scary) end fo the night for my littles. Finally we got into our room (late as we got down to niagara around 630pm and went for dinner before being evacuated just as we were settling in). At which time ( with crying, meltdown and over tired kids ) I noticed the washroom was not very clean - several hairs left on the tile walls and the bathtub. The floors at the edge of the beds (just under) obviously hadn't been vacuumed as there were crumbs under as we moved the bed toward the wall for my daughter's safety when sleeping. We didnt bother to try to switch rooms because the kids were exhausted and just did

We had a great time. The initial room that I had booked in the courtyard unfortunately had no heat and so we were moved to a different part of the hotel that wasn’t in the courtyard. But we were happy that they were able to accommodate us so quickly. It was very busy with kids and parents and had a nice family vibe. I had requested a partial refund since we were moved to a different room that was not in the courtyard and it was honoured. I did have to connect with Expedia because they were the third-party bookers. And both businesses worked well together. Very grateful for that because we did pay extra to have access directly to the pool area in the playground.

Room was super clean, staff extremely helpful. It would be nice to have the pool a bit warner. We will come back for sure!

We had a nice stay for our granddaughter's birthday. Only one hot tub was open with the second having a sign saying it was being cleaned( for all 3 days). Also the pool is freezing. We'll try a different hotel next time

Our first time in this hotel and we are very satisfied with our stay. The staff are friendly, amenities are very good for kids. We loved it! Very clean too!

Room was great. Had a pool balcony.

No Balcony but room was comfortable and bed comfy. When we arrived at the hotel the staff asked us if we had been informed that the pool and hot tubs would not be in service while we were there. We were disappointed and disturbed by such a late notice. I asked for compensation as this was the major point of this hotel and they finally offered free parking. I do not know if all people got this unless they asked. I felt sorry for the grandparents who booked with their grandkids only to find there was nothing to do with the kids and so now where can they find a reasonable spot at this late time.

This is mostly for kids. You may get a headache due to the strong chlorine smell in the area.

Room was clean, abit outdated. The courtyard is beautiful. Wish the pool was abit warmer and there was at least one fountain for toddlers to splash around. Not very toddler friendly the pool. More snacks machines needed. All chips were sold out in my two night stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool/hot tub/play area is fantastic for the kids. It was also close to everything we needed. Staff was friendly.

Great hotel with clean comfy room and beds , just that the water in the pool was extremely cold! But that’s not keeping us from booking with you again !
