Overall had a good experience. The tub had a drainage issue. They offered us another room for the inconvenience. Friendly staff.

Me and my husband did an overnight stay here while going to a concert in Toronto. The hotel staff was very friendly, the check-in process was so easy and even though the hotel itself is slightly dated, everything in the hotel was ridiculously clean. The bed and pillows were a 10/10 and so was their restaurant, Doc Magilligan's. We might have stayed longer if we knew they had a state of the art golf simulator in the lobby, but we will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Niagara!

I didnt like how far it is from clifton hills and bus so expensive and the playground is so small pool was very cold 1 of the hot tubs was broken and to say the least breakfast limited they should have continental breakfast heated pool.

Enjoyed our stay

The hotel was easy to find and convenient for all the things we wanted to see in the area. The staff was lovely and helpful. We ate in the pub and the service and the food were both wonderful. The hotel was a little tired, but it was clean and welcoming. Parking was easy, but the neighborhood is a little run down. We did walk about, but only because I was traveling with my husband - I might not have had I been alone or with my mom.

Loved the courtyard and how fun it was for my children. The carpet in the room was old and but excellent staff.

The 80's courtyard was very cool, but once there it was run down, worse for wear. The location was sketchy. Just wasn't worth the trip

Great place to stay for families. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay and first visit to Niagara. You will still need a bus or car to get to the falls / Clifton hill, but this is a good deal and very pleasant

It’s far away from all the action in Clifton hill , with that much money I paid I would have stayed on the falls

Good ambience, family friendly, safe and very clean.

The staff were nice and professional I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking and there were not any available parking spots in the property, they told me to park somewhere else (by McDonald’s) but I was paying for parking, so that was a little odd and frustrating for me.
