Pool is great in the heat. Very frustrating that they restrict any outside food consumption anywhere other than the rooms. Team was ok.

No possibility to have dîner in the hôtel.

The hotel and the staff were excellent. The front desk personnel were thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It was easy to park our car and the walk into town was also very good. We had cancelled an alternate hotel as this hotel had a outdoor pool to relax by. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for two of the 4 days which was extremely disappointing. There could have been an adjustment on the price given this was the primary reason we picked the hotel.

Nous avons été trés déçus au checking arrivée en découvrant que nous avons une chambre avec 2 petits lits accolés avec 2 petites couettes simples, au lieu de 1 grand lit double! La réceptionniste nous explique tout naturellement qu elle ne peut rien faire, car étabt donné que nous avons réservé via Hotels.com/Expédia, et bien nous ne sommes pas prioritaires. Les chambres avec un grand lit sont attribués d'abord aux résas Radisson. Ils n ont même pas préparé le lit avec une grande couette. En terme de confort, pas top. De plus, pour chaque petit lit, 1 seul petit oreiller! Pas agréable pour regarder la télé ou bouquiner. Nous ne reviendrons pas à cet hotel! Dommage car l hotel est sympa, le breakfast vraiment complet ! Le parking est payant.

We had an enjoyable stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated our request for a different room without hesitation when we raised some problems. The outdoor area around the pool was very nice to relax. There was a good range of drinks from the bar which were very good value. It was a shame that there wasn’t a bar facility available for residents after around 11pm. It was good to have secure parking available at the hotel which was well situated for going to the rugby ground.

Very good hotel

The outside of the hotel (from the street view) looks quite dated ans there is not good signage to easily identify the hotel. However, the interior is nicer than expected! The lobby area, bar, dining space, and guest rooms are very clean, bright, and updated. The superior room is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed for a really good price.

Tout était parfait. Personnel très agréable, chambre spacieuse et propre. Qualité de la décoration, parking à proximité.

L'imprimante ne fonctionnait plus. Facture promise oar lail dans ka journée... jattends toujours...

Everything was good

No housekeeping worth its name. The hotel shows microwave and kettles in room, there are none. No cupboards, unhelpful staff at restaurant

Underground parking is next to the facility, very safe and accessible.

Reception & bar staff were very friendly & helpful and hotel decor was modern and welcoming. Unfortunately we hadn't time to make use of the restaurant or outside pool. Bedroom was very clean, comfortable & spacious but traffic noise was still audible despite the soundproofing and it took time to get accustomed to it. A more central location would have been preferable although Uber rides were easily accessible, but that was our mistake, not the hotel's. Overall, a good hotel.

There was no food options, even though there was a restaurant on the premises. We arrived after driving all day 15 hours from England we chose this hotel as they had a restaurant but we were told they were full. The restaurant had half the tables empty but they would not offer us any food, and it was only 20:30, the couple who checked in before was given a table but we were turned away. They obviously didn’t like the English. We had to order a takeaway as there was no restaurant nearby, the hotel was on the outskirts. We then had to eat our pizza in front of the hotel as they do not allow food brought into the premises. Will not be staying there again or any other in the chain.

Hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great food at the restaurant. Not too close to the main town. But a quick 7 mins taxi ride
