La habitación estaba muy bien, pero las instalaciones estan ya viejas. El precio de 350 la noche me parece alto para lo que es. La ubicación es buena.

Our room was available for early check in however they said we would be charged an additional amount if we did check in early. Hotel was very expensive considering we did not have ocean views or complimentary breakfast.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stay at! The pool area looked like a disaster! I asked for a pool and ocean view instead I got a view out of a horror movie! I can add photos! For the price it definitely was not worth it. On top of that I had 2 VIP’s. We had to share a AC remote bc per the staff they don’t have one for each room. The TV needed 2 remotes, one for volume and one to change the channel. Photos on the website are a complete lie! They do not have a pool up and running! We literally used the room for sleep only! This hotel is horrible! Please do not stay here! Photos online are very much deceiving! Zero stars all around. Holes all over the place on our floor and a very old sofa in the hallway. Disgusting! Absolutely disgraceful! All the staff are very rude and not helpful at all. To top it off we did not have water for 3 hours! This hotel had zero consideration for the guest! So rude and disrespectful!

Ice maker in the room was not working...

I come to the ESJ every year and Love This Hotel!! It’s a hit or miss for the pool due to maintenance but that doesn’t bother me at all due to the beach being right there and easy access to it.. Which is a super plus for me! The apartment was great staff was great as always! This Hotel is near everything!!

The room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen area was perfect for a short stay and the bathroom was roomy and clean. A great place for the price.

No room service, no pool, room was sub-par, patio was filthy. Supposed to get a room with an ocean view, instead on first floor with no view. The said hotel was being renovated, I was not told this. Terrible experience.

In the check in they don't explained nothing about the key, the parking and I was so lose about that

Horrible ! The rooms wast the best - the pool was out of order. They charged me for things I didn’t even. Have or use! The worst stay ever! Wouldn’t dare go back

The Car Rental was not that great no navigation there was no way for me to charge my phone and it was really loud and dirty

The hotel was dirty

Staff is great and the everything is so close. There's a guy outside who watches the parking lot next door who asks everyone where they're going for some reason and ask what room number they are which I thought was weird. But other than it was great.
