Best for us to vacation with family and office

Unfortunately, there was a leak in my room that caused my child to fall, but the best service immediately fixed it so that it didn't leak again.

The sheets were dirty and stained, especially the towels, and when I came home from staying overnight I had a skin disease.

When checking in at midnight, as soon as I exited the elevator, I saw several people dressed for a ritual. It was quite surprising and mystical, but overall, it was safe, just a matter of self-suggestion. The bathroom floor was slippery when wet; I fell quite a bit, leaving my hands and feet blue. The linens could probably be upgraded, as they were already very dirty. Especially the bath mat, where the marks from the floorcloth were clearly visible. Perhaps the vendors in the beach area could be helped with security; they were too pushy to buy and constantly following, making it uncomfortable for visitors to play. The food has a wide variety, and the taste is delicious. The best part is the strategic location, and you don't have to go anywhere to play in the water.

The staff is friendly, but the hotel area has a musty, damp odor. Cleanliness is mediocre.

The kids really enjoyed staying here, the pool is clean, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is varied.

The place is ok.. Only the water taps for rinsing from the sea to the swimming pool need to be increased.

My stay at Grand Inna Samudra Beach was a memorable experience, especially for anyone seeking a peaceful beachfront escape. While parts of the building reflect its long-standing history, the facilities are generally well maintained. The staff were courteous, attentive, and responsive throughout the stay, contributing positively to the overall experience. The beach access is convenient, and the wide shoreline is ideal for morning walks or simply enjoying the scenery. Breakfast provided a decent variety of local and international dishes, and the dining area overlooks the sea, which enhances the experience. Overall, Grand Inna Samudra Beach is a great choice for travelers who prioritize location, ocean views, and a tranquil environment over ultra-modern luxury. With some continued updates and renovations, this hotel has strong potential to elevate its already charming character.

There were no significant problems when staying here, it was quite comfortable even though renovations were underway but it wasn't noisy at all.

It's a great sensation to stay overnight and be able to visit room 308.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is varied and delicious, it just needs a little renovation to make it more modern.

Holidays in Palabuhan Ratu always stay here

A legendary hotel in Pelabuhan Ratu. Comfortable rooms with direct ocean views. The bathrooms are in good condition after renovations, but the voyeur area, beds, and balconies need renovations. Some furniture and doors still look dated. The food is plentiful and delicious, please maintain it. Several areas, including the building facade, are undergoing renovations, hopefully, for even better results.

Thank God, I got a comfortable room as requested (with a beautiful view, Masyala Allah). The staff was friendly, but there was a slight inconvenience at breakfast: many items were out of stock (late refills), and the omelettes seemed limited, as I ordered them a second time and they didn't serve them.

I've been to this hotel several times when I go to Plara, but I've definitely been there more than 5 times. There's nothing wrong with it, just a mistake in the application. I ordered Stay n Dine which provides all-you-can-eat dinner, but it turns out it's only on Saturday nights. Please inform me again in the application. I asked for it to be decorated for my child's birthday. It's really nice. Thank you GISBH
