Bad internet connection and when I wanted to cancel They charged me the full days but I left anyway.

The property is "Vintage", and has all the charm and character of such. In some areas it shows its wear. Still overall it was a very good stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great. Walking distance to many sites, shopping, restaurants etc.

The Claridge Hotel in Buenos Aires has a classic charm but shows signs of wear and tear. The floors, bathroom, and overall interior appear distressed, which might not meet everyone’s expectations. However, the staff and service are excellent, making for a pleasant stay overall!

Welcoming and friendly at reception. Rooms were ready early! Pool was clean and very refreshing. Pool bar and food was so convenient and enjoyable! Beds were comfortable too! Made our last day in Buenos Aires so pleasant. Thank you Claridge Hotel

The pool was a welcome addition to our stay. We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and the attendant was awesome. The breakfast buffet was good and convenient. The receptionists were very friendly and answered all our questions.

Very nice suite!

Liked the old world colonial charm and enjoyed the convenient outdoor pool and health club.

The trash for the street is collected right next to the hotel and not all the trash is in the containers.

The only stars go to the front-desk, restaurant/bar and house-keeping team who are true hoteliers and do their best to make guests comfortable with few if any tools. This is a poorly micro-managed hotel chain from the very top to the point that the first night we arrived the electricity was gone, we asked to move hotels, without light we couldn't shower or plug my medical machine to sleep with.. we were denied refund or anything on the basis of "it is beyond our control". I agreed with the front agent but said it is also not the fault of the guest who paid in full for a room with electricity... didn't mean anything, no water in the room and not a functioning fridge due to electric failure in the whole building, so I asked for a bottle of water, got told they sell it at $3.2 for a 300ml one. That's when I understood, no matter what the hotel staff does to help guests, the upper management of this chain is just a horrid money grabber with absolutely no understanding of hospitality. Will never stay at another hotel in this brand, they are an obscure unknown brand and as far as they treat guests like this in dilapidated properties where they should rather be far more proactive in order to retain biz, they will remain a dungeon struggling to make budget, they just don't deserve better, the staff here needs to look elsewhere for a true career in hotels. I worked in hotel management for 15 years myself and never saw such irresponsible attitude even from 1 star beach motels.

This is by no means a 5 star hotel. If any, a 3. The room is old, the few furnitures like desk and chair were old, no pictures on the wall, and the tv is super small. The bathroom small and old fixtures, with barely enough room to walk. The towels are so old that it actually scratched the sensitive parts of my body. All this is fine if they didn’t charge a 5 star price. The one positive attribute was location, one block from the main pedestrian street. Oh, don’t bother paying for breakfast there, no fresh breads and decent hot food with the $25 US dollars, I wasted my money, sadly to say.

Nice old hotel at a wonderful price. Friendly staff and close to the areas of interest for me. Comfortable room!

The hotel is just really old and tired. In other words ; it’s falling apart. The floor in the gym is broken in various areas, no remotes for aircon or tv to be found. It’s very disappointing.

Really good value but a little worn and noticeable noise transfer between rooms. Has the bones of a high quality hotel that was grand in its day, that’s noticeable in the quality of materials.

Service was very good and employees very courteous and willing to please. Keep up the good job!👍

Muy ruidoso! Al tirar la cadena del baño de una habitación cercana a la nuestra se escuchaba en nuestra habitación. El inodoro hace mucho ruido. Las almohadas podrían ser mejor. El resto estaba bien
