Everyone that worked here was absolutely pleasant and made our trip great.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good locations relative to the Quarter. My Netflix account was available on the TV. My only complaint was the internet connection was very slow. I'd stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful and upon arrival my friend and I was greeted with a welcome cocktail. Clean room with comfortable beds. Great stay!

This was a very nicely appointed hotel. Very quiet, has a wonderful restaurant, the Tacklebox right on site. Reasonably priced. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - they are obviously well-trained in customer service. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to New Orleans!

I only staying at this hotel, when I come to NOLA, my 5th time!

Good and quiet for NOLA location. No coffee and/or tea in the room. Need to ask for water at front desk. Staff is friendly and room was properly cleaned.

Nice room but very old and needs some love and care. Also the elevator wasn’t working and I was in the 12th floor

The air conditioning unit wasn’t cold enough the room was very hot with the air conditioning on. Next time I’ll just bring a fan.

Close to main attractions

The hotel is well located but is very tired and needs a refresh badly. We did get another room because of issues with the first room…backed up sink, slashed lampshade, wallpaper hanging off the wall. They were accommodating and moved us with no problem. Hotel is clean and housekeeping was good. Just badly needs an update.

Loved how close it was to the French Quarter, but was very quiet at night, which was helpful. And a prime location, room was clean and super comfy. Spacious as well.

Great place to stay! Close to everything. Staff super friendly. Very clean. On downside you can hear traffic and commotion from outside but that is NOLA.

People were super nice and very walkable to all things. Would stay again.

It was very inconvenient and simple ridiculous having to walk up 17flights of stairs multiple times during my stay because the elevator was not working first time Being with all luggage in hand . Employees did Not offer any type of apologies or help with the matter . It was almost like this is a common occurrence at this location . Definitely very disappointing considering I have stayed at other Renaissance hotel location and haven’t had this type of experience .

Its nice with nice employees. Only encounter two problems. 1. Only one elevator working. Seem that the other ones were broke due to college kids. Waited a long time for elevator.2. Then price for parking was higher than posted on websight. The poor employees were trying. The location was amazing.

Very nice hotel. Staff was nice, housekeeping did a very good job! Everything was walking distance and 7-8 minutes if you choose to drive! The parking charge 50-55 dollars a day is a bit ridiculous, if you only plan on staying for a short period, just utilize uber. Although the parking staff was prompted and nice the parking prices should be discounted for every guest that stays 2 nights or more. Overall, the hotel receives all five stars and above, if I had to stay again I will choose this hotel minus the car rental
