The room was very clean but had a smell like fried food. We understand that there is a complete kitchen and therefore there may be cooking going on, but the smell was obvious so house cleaning should spray some febreeze or something

The stay was not good my room had roaches in it not when I am paying my money for a hotel and I have to see roaches in my room is not good I will not go back again I also had room service walk in my room and I was sleeping had to jump up and say dont just walk in I was coming had to run and put on my rope

Wonderful stay made even better by the wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough for us, including moving us after the first night as we were originally allocated a room on the interstate side which was noisy.

It was fine for the night. The shower was a little funkh. They were cleqely understaffed, but the people who were there did their absolute best.

Smelly, old , dirty air in the room. Bad vibes

The receptionist, Ms Consuelo Winston should organize training sessions for others to learn how to serve customers when the lobby is packed full and how to work under pressure. She calmed everyone with nice words and demeanor. I was at the lobby for about 45 minutes but was just in awe with the manner in which she alone was able to work with that many patrons infant of her. The building itself is clean, quiet and located in a very convenient area with stores and restaurants close by.

I had a great time staying here, staff were very friendly and attend to our needs. The room was good, bathroom did smell like someone has been smoking and you could smell it thru the vent, but overall clean, sofa bed was not in the best of shapes so we decided to sleep on the couch, ( had to put sheet over, there were stains and my son was NOT going to lay his head there, hallways is right there, so it can be noisy at times. Will definitely come back, staff was definitely 10/10

Hotel stay was great with professional friendly staff that made the stay enjoyable. The room was clean, linen s and towels were at standard despite the hotel is old it’s very well manicured. It’s in a perfect within proximity to food, shopping and entertainment. The breakfast provided by the hotel is of good quality and the presentation mashes the dining experience great. Definitely staying here again.
