Rude staff, lying staff. No assistance from staff. Low amenities! Not once did the staff offer any perks! Room was cold, heat never worked! Check in and checkout requires a long wait!!! Inept staff , or only one person ! Very disappointing stay!

There were several front desk agents who went far and beyond their job duties in assisting me. However my stay was not the best. The room was very cold and I end up getting a cold behind the poor heat in the room. I also had an unpleasant experience with the waitstaff in the restaurant.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Seaside Hotel, Helsinki for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay feel very comfortable from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes, and it was a highlight of our mornings. We also really enjoyed using the gym, which was well-equipped and clean — a great bonus during a longer stay. Overall, a very pleasant hotel with great service, good facilities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Helsinki.

Clean rooms, inconvenient location if travelling to the city centre by foot, otherwise public transport available nearby.

Great Location and fantastic breakfast!

The Hotel is a joke. Guests are not allowed the heat up the room. Not everyone is used to the cold weather in Finland.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seaside location. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is close to transit and the West Harbour Terminal. It’s our second time staying here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time!

We had a terrible smell like something died in our bathroom in Room 902 and also couldn't open balcony door and let front desk know and they said they'd advise maintenance. A passing hotel worker we grabbed on day 2 opened our balcony door. On checkout on day 4 I said the bathroom still had a terrible smell and they said we had the DND on our door which was incorrect. The breakfast was very good and extensive but was a zoo with the hotel being full. Needs a new system for ordering and retrieving omelette orders and more than just a single toaster.

Don’t trust the pictures. There is no rooftop access, which, along with the waterfront location, is the main reason we booked. The pictures told another story. We wound up walking across to the Clarion, which did have a “rooftop” bar, albeit not on the roof, but several stories up so we could get a good sunset view with a cocktail.
