Property needs to be updated (a lot!) but it was clean and fine for a one night stay. Did not realize it was an extended stay until after we booked online.

Beds soft, everything was good for the time

Older and the gym was terrible

No customer service. Room dirty and had old food in refrigerator. Had to wake up attendant at desk who was asleep to check out. In this area a lot will not stay here ever again

It was clean, and perfect size. I like the location, on the quiet street. I like the customer service, they were so nice and helpful. I would come back to this hotel for weekend trip again.

Very nice place to stay.

There was no ice machine, the door wouldn't shut to the bathroom, the remote was working part time and the channels on the tv limited. When I asked for a receipt they were unable to produce one. The price was jacked up with taxes that made it way higher than the motel was worth.

Nice place but no frills overall. Good for longer stays as it has a “kitchen”

Well priced, very clean, smooth check in.

It was a very good stay, clean room, very comfortable, and great service. Had a special request for a senior dog and was well taken care of on the request.

I was totally surprised by this Mainstay Suites. I don’t think I ever stayed at this brand of hotel. I found it wonderful. It’s got a kitchen with full refrigerator, burners and appliances available at the desk at no extra charge. Free coffee. WiFi worked well.

Good. The card-key machine being out of order was a little strange.

No key cards. Had to be let in by desk attendant. Also no soap in bathroom.

We arrived in a snowstorm! The person working the front desk did a great job in an overwhelming situation. We felt safe and welcome.

Wish they had some sort of breakfast. Pool would be nice.

This hotel was just what my friend and I needed. We were in town for homecoming and weren’t planning on staying the night. The cold and rain changed our plans. The room was nice and clean, the beds were super comfortable. Check-in/out was quick and easy. We did miss the breakfast bag unfortunately.

Nice kitchenette if you want to prepare food. Lots of TV channels. But our room smelled odd not sure if what the smell was and the door stuck so it was hard to open and you had to make sure you pushed it shut.

Signing in was convenient, amicable and organized. Closeness to Emporia was a bonus. The room had all the amenities needed if we wanted to cook.
