Very nice hotel, nice pool area, nice room. To expensive breakfast considering the quality and atmosphere

Clean and ideal for stop over

It was a lovely hotel in all ways, with the room being ok, but amazing bathroom. Breakfast fit for a king and very friendly staff. Would stay again.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and spacious rooms. Some areas are a little tired

Stayed for one night on business, the hotel was very good as was the town and surrounding area.

Loved the location, staff was friendly and fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days with our two dogs. The room was spacious and had plenty of cupboard space. The dogs were welcomed by the staff with bags of cookies and were able to stay with us in public areas. There’s both a large outdoor car park and an underground secure car park. Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel and gardens. It’s in a really nice little village, everyone is friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t grade the facilities 5* is that I didn’t use the spa so I don’t know what it’s like. If it’s anything like the rest of the hotel I’m sure it’s great.

Nice from the outside, not so nice on the inside! The hotel buildingd look very nice, almost Castle-like and it is situated a nice little old town in a nice area. However, inside the room I got was not very nice,- oldish furniture, not very clean, there was a not very nice, old dusty smell to the room. Breakfast was not really attractive, so I decided to have breakfast at another restaurant. Cannot recommend the hotel.

Everything was alright, not great but just okay. Staffs were friendly, hotel location not bad (near some shops and restaurants), quite convenient to walk about a little bit. Room was fine, decent size but the pillow was terrible (exceptionally soft!). Room has no bedroom slippers, no toothbrush.

Typical business hotel in a quiet Neighbourhood. Within minutes to shops and restaurants. Free wifi in public areas and guest rooms. Friendly staffs. One major complain we have is the pillow, which is extremely soft and very uncomfortable. No toothbrush and bedroom slippers.

Was happy to stay in a clean modern hotel without steps... Lift which carried luggage and people...together! Rooms were clean and modern with a mezzanine style bedroom (which would not be good if you had a mobility problem, so check first) The breakfast was excellent as were the breakfast attendants. I would ask all German Hotels to provide extra pillows in the rooms, as the really soft, one European pillow per person, is not we are used to. A porter for luggage might be a welcome addition, but not a bother to us. No fuss check in at short notice.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in, in this area. Rooms are clean and spacious but maybe a bit warm. Parking is easy and plentiful. Wifi is free if you just require limited leisure access and relatively cheap if you require a high speed business connection. Breakfast is very good and the restaraunt is good but can get a little busy.

Overall very satisfied. Staff is very friendly and if you have the time for a swim, they have a nice pool and sauna. I wish I knew how to read in German because there weren't signs in english.
