Location was good for Poultons Park - However, For what they charge, Room was ok, tired carpet, toilet did not flush and staff had no clue on what there where doing. Breakfast was shambles, deffinitely not what I expect from an IHG property

No air conditioning or fridge in room. No ice machine on floor.

Good location, but poor signage and very cramped parking. Coffee was not drinkable. Not enough power receptacles in the room.

Nice hotel on a new site just built in the wrong place. Why put it right next to the motorway where you hear all the lorries coming off at 4 o’clock in the morning instead of putting it over by the pub which would’ve been better

Not far from Horizon Cruise Terminal & National Express bus station.

Very easy access to cruise terminals via cab, staff are excellent and breakfast very good for a complimentary meal

Location not convenient. Ran out of eggs sun & no eggs at all on mon. Clean, staff very friendly & helpful, found me a local phone charger plug. We liked the hot drinks available thru out the day & nite.

The hotel itself is very good. However, if you dont have a car, be prepared to use a cab to get around. Staff are excellent.

Hotel was nice but not walking distance to downtown or restaurants. Uber was very quick pickup to drive you to town. Hotel offered a very nice full free breakfast.

Everything was okay except for breakfast options. When asked for fried egg, was told they only provode scrambled eggs.

The room was clean , as was the bathroom. The included breakfast was bad ,very messy area around the food (was not clean at all. Poor variety of hot food, again not very clean.

Good stay for a family of 4. Room was generally comfortable and bathroom was good and clean. Only downside was duvet for the sofa bed was too small for two people, even two children which made it difficult for them! Otherwise breakfast was included and was a very good selection. Staff were polite and helpful

The hotel itself was fine. Comfortable bed. Staff were very attentive and polite. Main issue was the breakfast. Coffee was awful. As was the OJ. Both tasted watered down. Not much chopped fresh fruit. Nothing at all one day. No vegetable option on cooked breakfast. Usually you get mushrooms or tomato. Baked beans had no flavour. If they can sort the breakfast then this would be a great stay.
