It's apparent that the owners , property managers

where to start.. the fridge in my room wasn’t getting cold, had to ask for maintenance took two days to get one. the pool is not clean. the sink water gets hot to where you cannot wash your hands. room service is not consistent along with that i had to ask everyday for room service. the property says not smoking but people were smoking while on the property. the breakfast was the bare minimum. and overall this property is no good, more of a motel then a hotel with a ocean view. can’t see the ocean unless on the third floor.. and it’s only three floors. another thing, there were nats in the room and hallway.

We stayed a hole week and there was a couple different things that happened but the cops being called at 130 till 5 am due to people fighting .it was just crazy and there was alot of homeless p

Right by the beach.

Check-in was OK directions to room was not given. Had to ask someone where the elevators were room smells very musky old.

First room the main door was coming of its hinges and it had no sealing strip around it so would be easy for bugs to get in. Second room had water coming in from the room above in the shower area. You get what you pay for

This location was good for a quick weekend getaway. Great access to the beach and easy to get back to the room when the weather takes a turn. The only issues we had was parking but that was due to an event in the area and we loss water pressure/hot water for 2 hours (guest were not notified of the issue unless they went to office to find out what was going on). All in all the stay was good and I wouldn't mind staying again, just with an ocean view next time.

It felt more like a jail I stead of a hotel. There are strict instructions to adhere to. These rules are for visitors, what times they may come and overall, what you may and may not do... Just a lot. Room was clean though and very quiet. No problems with that end.

The quality and cleanliness were excellent for the price of a nights stay and location was great … right on the beach. Everything was clean and nice, even the pool!!!

The room carpet was dirty since it was too old. They did not give us clean bed sheets and pillows. Entering the room, we found that the bed sheet had food stains and the pillow covers had hair from the previous occupant. Upon request, they replaced them. The room had no internet signal at all.

Front desk was very dude! Unprofessional and not organized at all! They didn't have my room ready then told me oceanfront was no longer available when I paid online for it, so we went to holiday inn, way better! needless to say we will not be coming back!

Just out dated

The property is older. The room condition was not good. The mattresses were old and not comfortable. The linens on the bed were old and tattered. The rugs inside the rooms were very dirty and very old. I refused to walk around barefoot in the room. The room was damp feeling. The hallway had a lot of trash in it. Lots of construction in and around the property. Also many vagrants/homeless directly around the property. The room smelled awful like pot and cigarettes. The bathroom in the room was pretty good. The AC worked great. The room had some exposed wiring that I did not feel comfortable with. The parking charge for a second vehicle was $20 per day so keep that in mind if bringing an additional vehicle. The one nice thing was the front desk person Gina. She was nice.

Great stay

This is an old hotel. Very warn out and in need of remodeling or demolition. Great location, right near Police station and Strip clubs, lol. Staff was the difference, very friendly, professional, and they kept the clean towels flowing...
