The staff is hospitable and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable.

I chose this hotel as I was going to be travelling in & out of the nearby Gare de Nord a number of times. Friendly & fast check-in with staff apologetic about the very short notice of a Bucharest city tax. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and all boxes where ticked. Fresh, filling & healthy breakfast in the morning to get you set up for the day. When I'm back in Bucharest I'll be booking here again.

This hotel is an excellent choice if you need/want to be near Gară de Nord în București.

Clean room, quick check in, breakfast good & substantive. Service during evening meal a bit slow - had to chase up main course & my drink which had clearly been forgotten, despite very few other customers at the time

We stayed here after our AirBnB was cancelled and every other hotel in area was booked. Overall the hotel offers the bare minimum for your stay. BIGGEST issue was the heat. They have central heating and it was HOT in our room (27 degrees). No way to cool off other than crack the window, front desk said their heating and cooling is seasonal, but if it’s 21 degrees outside...it gets very hot in the rooms. We finally got a fan, but holy moly this place is hot for no reason.

Good that is next to train station and Metro station but not much else around!

We had a pleasant overnight stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food.

My bathroom had mailed you in the shower carpet is dirty room service none food was good breakfast was good customer service was good around the area not clean inside the building of the hotel is clean.

Good hotel close to Bucharest's main railway station. Access to subway. Walkable. Many taxis available nearby. Great and friendly staff. Clean. Nice room with safety box. Location offers numerous transportation options to almost every corner of the city, including the airport. Very good price but the staff is the cherry on the cake.

Close to the train station. Breakfast is very good and lots of people most of the time, but we had enough items to choose. We did not like our TV in the room 720, two big bright spots on the screen just like two suns all the channels!

Very clean property. Breakfast is good enough. As lot of people come to the breakfast some items like fruits run out quickly. (Fruit juices are bottle drinks.) No dark out curtains in the room, very bright to sleep!
