The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was half eaten food in the microwave.

Easy parking. Breakfast was convenient. Only bad thing we were charged "2x" for our room, we hope this will be straighten out right away..

Friendliest service I’ve experienced. The room was very outdated. Bed spread still in use from the 70’s. The end table and tv unit were disgustingly dirty. I had to wash down everything. They still had marks from previous guest and very sticky like something was spilled on them. The carpet and chair were the original ones, very old and disgustingly dirty. Not to mention the smell. We had to keep our shoes on. The outside parking lot was cleaner than the room. We tried to have coffee in the morning, but their breakfast area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. We had to skip their breakfast. The coffee was flavored hot water. So watery, you could barely taste the coffee. M

I booked a pet friendly room and was unaware he would charge $20/dog on top. My dogs are sleeping in the car.

Very very noisy both highway and train.

Clean rooms, but had a musky smell to it. Beds were comfortable. Limited parking.

Had an issue with a missing shower curtain, a quick call and conversation with the woman at the front desk solved it !

Difficult staff. Hard to communicate.
