Didn’t even stay in the room because the smell of smoke was so thick and I didn’t want to be charged the $250 smoking fee.

Nice place, excellent desk staff.

Our suite wasn't really a suite, but the price made up for that. The pool and pool areas was very nie, but no towels available.

Cigarette smell. Windows dont lock. Clogged bathroom drain. For 160 a night I expected a little decency

Dirty room, carpet not clean, old run down furniture

It says no smoking but you could smell smoke coming from the rooms in the hallways. The people staying here were very uneducated and poor.

Good place for the price that accepts dogs.

our bathroom had not been cleaned when we entered the room floor needed to be vacumed need to do abetter job on cleaning

We couldn’t get a refund, we only stayed for a few hours, there was stains and holes in the sheets and comforter.the drain didn’t work and the window didn’t lock. We found bed bugs and we both got bite up. They told us they did and inspection and found nothing, even with video proof.

Room was dirty the blanket on the bed had stains on it and the sheets had looks like dried blood. Heater was broken and filter was dirty. Carpet was so old it was bunching up on the floor. Found cockroaches crawling on the nightstand. Front desk person was never there had to wait 15 outside until she woke up to let us in. Told the front desk of the cockroaches I found I even put them in a tissue and handed it to the manage. He stated we spray every month this made me sick know they have probably had this problem for quiet a while.

wrost place I've ever stayed in

I was scheduled for 5 nights but only stayed 4 because of fighting in the other room. Manager was no help at all!!

Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Facility was dated, but fair for the price of the room. I stay again.

This was the worst price and the staff was horrible .. daundra the cleaning lady was very nice tho .. i give her an A+ for her courageous effort at trying to help travelers feel welcomed while knowing the rodeway inn is a dump .
