Enjoyed the whole experience, staff were exceptional the room was maculate and the food was amazing. Couldn’t fault it.

Good value hotel, can be noisy at times. Great facilities and restaurant. Close to motorway.

Great service, brilliant bar especially for sport. Room was very dark and not ideal for working from.

Great place to stay, however, none of the four USB ports worked. We reported on first day and they still didn’t work when we checked out after two nights. We were in room next to house keeping and it could be quite noisy, we wouldn’t want that room again. Staff are great and facilities are good.

The people in the room next to us were unbelievably loud, we were unable to sleep due to this and left at 12am when we weren’t supposed to check out till 11am. We haven’t heard anything from the hotel/customer service. We also paid for breakfast and wasted a lot of money.

Check in was great! All automated and easy to check in. Food was ok in the bar area. Room was a let down. Tired, wallpaper hanging off of the walls, hole in the wall under the wall lamp, standing lamp didn't work, tap in bathroom was lose at the joint and leaked when turned on. My room, 116, needed renovating in my opinion for the price. Much nicer rooms and hotels in and around Manchester that warrant a £95 a night fee. Also, don't forget to add car registration on booking or leaving. Has one of the parasite companies controlling the car park that are desperate to send you a fine through the post. My opinion, avoid.

Great location as just off of motorway. Quiet rooms and spacious. Comfortable bed.

Lovely staff all very friendly. Good choice for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable but dated needs a refresh.

Hotel was fine with good parking quiet rooms. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The room was very clean, but needed more lighting. Went for breakfast, it was dry and overcooked. I asked for a tray, I was given a dirty one. On the whole we would stay again but not have breakfast.
