Great experience.

Great family location. Breakfast was 6euros per person. We got a room for a family of 5. You get 2 rooms for the price of one.

Booked 3 nights, left after the first and still trying to get refunded weeks later….

This property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The adjoining rooms for our family of 5 was just perfect.

Super nice hotel out of town 👍 Free shuttle into Verona not far from the arena ! Great service and fantastic breakfast !!

Giovanni at the front desk was Súper courteous and nice! I don’t like the breakfast poor choices, too Many sweets wasn’t good neither, the egg was runny and the bacon under cook and the crosaint over cook! Also the shower was slippery almost fell

Noise

The hotel is a bit outside verona , but the saving grace is the shuttle - fr hotel to town centre which is good . We’re let down on our last night , the shuttle didnt come , so we took a taxi but was refunded immediately, which is good . Staff are very helpful & nice . The room is spacious & clean . The breakfast buffet is just okay … wish they prep more hot foods than mainly bread & pastries .

I will definitely stay there again and although they did not have iron in the room, they provided us one when we made a request.

The facility was clean and updated. The onsite restaurant was a bonus, the staff was professional and accommodating.

Very limited wait staff with a wait time to get in the restaurant at dinner. The bar was not open due to lack of staff.

Reception staff was amazing. We arrived really early, just hoping to leave our luggage, but they checked our room and said it was ready and we can check in straight away. This allowed us to refresh before continuing out daily plans. When we came back in the evening shattered and wanted a quick dinner in the restaurant we were told its not possible to get a seating until an hour later, which was not ideal, but we were told that we could order a room service and will receive it in 45 mins, so this was great. However when the food arrived, the pizza and the soup have been so salty they were almost inedible but we were so hungry we sucked it up. So in summary- great reception staff, comfortable room, and location wise on outskirts so no traffic, but you do need your own transport. Restaurant staff get the thumbs down though.
