Errors throughout our stay. Staff seemed incompetent.

We stayed one night and wanted to see the history of the town. Hotel was 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the town centre. Beautiful little town. We also found a great italian restaurant hidden away in the centre if the town.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay on our way to Frankfurt airport. It was within walking distance to Nuremberg old town. However, the facility was old and worn. the cleaning staff were using the same elevator as the guests to go up and down. The front desk staff were not friendly or knowledgable. They forgot that we had valet our car and we waited for 30 minutes before asking them again about our car status.

Nothing was wrong with the property or people It just was not 5 star in any way More like 3 star which is fine if that’s what you want Sadly I thought this, especially with the hotel name brand, would be a 5 star hotel It’s a good location if using the train and want a basic hotel. Nothing at all special though

Lovely 5 star hotel a 3 minute walk from the train station. Easy walk to the old town and Christmas markets. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant and breakfast and a cosy bar. Highly recommended.

Great location to visit various tourism interests…walking distance to Christkindle Market.

My only complaint was that our room wasn’t cleaned very well when we left for the day. They took the cups and saucers etc and didn’t replace them. We had to go out and request cups and coffee to replenish our room. The front desk was excellent and very helpful.

A little outside of the downtown area but easy walk under the highway down to the Fussgangerzone. Earned 4-Star rating.

Location is great, breakfast and parking are provided but extra.

A beautiful property close to the train station. Convenient to the area and trams its a great base camp point. The staff was exceptional, attentive, and very thoughtful ready to help with whatever we needed. The restaurant was excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast options. The wait staff is the best weve seen in Europe.
