El servicio muy atento, las habitaciones limpias y muy buena atención por parte del personal. Los hospedamos por una hora destino toda la familia y quedaron encantados con las amenidades, la alberca con agua muy fresca adecuada para el clima soleado. Recomendado

I booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. I was informed upon checkin that I would have to pay for a driver because of the flight time. This doesn’t seem ok because they shouldn’t say airport shuttle when there are restrictions.

Beautiful hotel. Food was good. Service was good, only a little English spoken, but they tried hard. Very far from queretaro airport QRO. The hotel coordinated with a taxi driver who unfortunately coughed and sniffled most of the way. Two days later, we were sick with a cold. He should have worn a mask.

My bedroom location, back of the building, made me feel claustrophobic. The breakfast was exceptional, but the evening meal was tasteless. We ordered appetizers and all came at the same time so by the time we tried the food it was cold. The wine was not good. Some of the food orders were taken wrong. I would definitely never have dinner here again.

The hotel and shuttle service are fine. . .the food is horrible..and the bathrooms are very outdated.. staff I s .nice. but maintenance and food need more

It was a very good stay. I just want to highlight 2 aspects: the best thing about this hotel is the service of most of the staff. They were amazing! However Miguel in the reception was the exception. He was cold, he didn't offer to open a voucher for expenses that I needed to do afterwards, was professional but just doing the minimum. On the other hand, someone outstanding was Filiberto the Concierge. What a pleasure interacting with him!!! He was attentive and proactive... I can't say enough of him.

Everything was great except the shuttle transportation service. It’s best to ask the front desk to schedule transportation to airport.

I liked everything

Everything was as described. Extremely friendly staff.

The website on Expedia said free transportation from the airport. They wanted to charge me. Breakfast was supposed to be included.

I like the nice view of the property. What I dint like was there was no shuttle to and from the airport as describe on their website. It was two times they only went so they sucker you into staying at the place so ended up needing a cab both ways.
