No accommodation for elderly nor handicapped, One key only per room One towel per guest, no cloth wash, no towel hanger, limited paper toilet, no paper toilet hanger,very tiny shower without curtain, impossible to not flood the bathroom and very slippery, Construction site, be aware of noise& smell Took for ever to check in …incapable receptionist, she said first week on job. Air conditioning frozen to undesired temperature.

Tres bon accueil et chambre confortable

Hotel is conveniently located next to the port. Area is very walkable to beaches, restaurants, shops, boats. Hotel staff was great. Manon at the front desk was exceptional. And Lilla at the bar was magnificent. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Bathtub was fantastic. Great service and attention.

The hotel is being renovated so the public areas are effectively a building site but our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

Limited-hours reception service which is fine... except I was locked out of my room when I returned at 8:30pm and it took 1h30 for someone to arrive!! No way of contacting anyone if there's a problem such as this. I had to go to the restaurant next door to ask them for help. Hotels.com couldn't help because the number they had was for the reception which wasn't manned. I also feel €10 per night for parking is quite expensive.

Good location to stay in French Rivera. Parking is a bonus. Only used the room facilities cannot comment on food quality. Balcony was the best part.

Old, tired hotel in a fantastic position with parking. Housekeeping was poor, many light bulbs not working in the room and corridors. Dark brown walls very dated. Electric socket and light switch broken in room. Bedspread was stained. Doors very stiff and difficult to open. Windows in room were filthy, spoiling a lovely view - I cleaned them myself!! Dining room and garden are full of clutter - it could be so nice if it were tidied up! Camouflage netting in dining room?? Breakfast ok, parking free in unmade car park, staff very friendly but most of all the hotel is in a brilliant location.

Nice hotel very close to sea front and has a good market on its doorstep every Wednesday. Very close to the shops and restaurants of Sanary-sur-Mer - a very pretty and bustling little port at any time of the year - nice size room and good bathroom.

It is very close to everything including the beach. I would stay again.

Hôtel très sympa, chambre jolie, sobre, bien décorée, calme. Lit confortable et grande salle de bain. Personnel vraiment agréable et souriant. Parking de l’hôtel appréciable et super bien placé. Restaurant super. Séjour très court mais bien agréable.

This place have potential. They are working on it. But at the moment a bad sell of damp. The renovated rooms do have furniture that are really bad. No glass in the room. No bottle of water. Maybe better next year.

Trevligt och praktiskt beläget hotell med fin uteplats

Chambre spacieuse mais salle de bain très petite quand on prend la douche on arrose et inondé toute la pièce et on est obligé de mettre des serviettes par terre pour éponger l’eau. En plus si on est en couple on ne peux être deux dans la salle de bain. De plus on entends le voisin de la chambre d’à côté parler comme si il était avec vous, le bruit passe par la bouche de ventilation. Parking payant 15€ hors de prix. Le placard pour mettre le affaires est trop petit on ne peux même pas pendre une chemise et encore moins un costume. À éviter. Hôtel refait mais mal. Et isolation phonique inexistante on entends les voitures et les gens passer et parler dans la rue. Et dire que l’accueil me dit que ça était fait par un architecte spécialisé dans la réfection d’hôtel! Ils on mêmes pas changer la fenêtre de la salle de bain et il y de l’air qui passe par celle-ci.
