I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean and stylish, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything I needed was just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, nice amenities, great spa, good Restaurant. Only negative is that it was about 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte. Loved the hotel but was kinda stuck and not able to explore. Still, hotel was beautiful and well kept. 4.5 out of 5 stars

Defiantly worth the stay here. Couldn't of asked for a better experience from the staff to the bar to the area around them.

Stayed for my Birthday and it was amazing the room was decorated with a beautiful flowers! The spa was heaven and a great experience. It was a little noisy late night due to some guest but overall I enjoyed my stay!

Nice for a weekend.

Beautiful place. The rooms and everything is so elegant and beautiful. Food was good. The drinks were delicious. They made you feel at home. Excellent service. It’s worth every dollar. My only complaint was the local police following me inside the lot. I was circling back around to park my car and he pulls two parking spaces down. Almost directly behind me. Watch me get out and go inside. Just feel like if you’re going to watch me at least don’t make it seem so obvious. He only did it because I’m black. I can’t give the hotel a bad review because some flashlight cop. I would highly recommend the hotel speak to them about guest harassment. That will definitely run business off.

Always a joy to stay here. The staff always makes my stay relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful grounds tho walk around on. The rooms are always immaculate and clean.

Everything was great but the bed was very hard. I have definitely slept in better hotel beds.

My short stay was amazing. The room and hotel are super clean. The bed was comfortable, and Mary Faye at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. She had a sweet anniversary gift and a note in the room waiting on us. They have a lot of food walking distance and even a free shuttle that will bring you and pick you up to surrounding areas within a mile. Amazing hotel.

It was ok. We arrived later than expected. Go to take a shower and the bathtub had a dirty rag left in the shower, I’m assuming from the previous guest. Not to my standards considering what I paid for the room. Also, it said my room included a mini fridge. Yep there was one to purchase things out of but where is the one to store my leftovers? We had dinner and my leftovers went to waste due to no fridge that stated would be there

The hotel was amazing the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole staff go out of their way to make u feel at home .

Absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I absolutely loved it! The hotel restaurant was amazing also.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service. Pool was chilly and hot tub was not hot enough but are was clean and sauna was nice. Shower pressure was low. Outside grounds were amazing and the hotel is very kid friendly. Restaurant brunch was pricey but food was good. Overall the experience was enjoyable.
