All the employees are kind, helpful, courteous and dedicated to their job. Their answer to all of my requests is always quick and efficient. A big thank to them! The hotel is well-located, clean and relatively well-equipped.

Location is very good if you intend on staying close to the busy Alameda da Serra. Room and hotel itself is nice but nothing special.

The room and Bathroom is outdated. Breakfast is very good and staff is friendly.

The hotel never received the booking confirmation, my wife waited for more than 2 hours on the reception and she paid with her credit card. I'm very upset and I want my money back.

Very good. Felipe at front desk did a great job arranging a conference room for our group at the last minute - very helpful. Great breakfasts with real French croissants, chia, flaxseeds, granola, omelettes, tapioca shells filled w cheese (beijus, for people from Rio), etc. One detail: the maids need to leave new tubes of body wash, shampoo etc. every day - we were there two nights but the maid did not do it.

THE HOTEL WAS OK. BUT THE SERVICE OF THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY POOR. ONE NIGHT WE INVITED TWO FRIENDS FOR DINNER AND THE SERVICE WAS VERY BAD.

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and nicely done. About the only negative is the location...hard to walk to anywhere from here, but a short taxi ride can fix that problem.

Quartos limpos. Cama confortavel. Banheiro pequeno. Tive um pequeno problema com duplicidade na diaria, que acabou sendo resolvido no próprio balcão do hotel, porem eu poderia ter saído no prejuizo. Mas resolvido. So acho que o representante do hotel responsavel pelas reservas deveria permanecer no hotel, afinal cheguei em horario comercial. Mas como dito anteriormente, eu acabei resolvendo.
