Everything went well breakfast was good the room was nice

Very interesting

AC was not working, our room stayed at 76° even though we set it at 65°. There is construction going on, but we didn't hear too much of it. The hotel needs updating, which seems like they are working on it.

Our room was as advertised on line in terms of size. Our family of 5 was able to comfortably sleep. My only issue was with the fact that the carpet was wet in between the seating area and no one said anything to us and we found a large individual fan which was self discovered by wet socks. - my husband noticed a crack in the bathtub which may be the cause of the

The halls and lobby were a bit beat up. I think they were renovating. The rooms were actually really nice.

Run down hotel. Renovations all over. Light switches had no cover. Plate on them. Elevator full of tuck tape.

Construction and renovations on going caused disturbance.

Access to 401

The door was always locking even when they changed the access card. I almost came down for more than 10 times even I had supervisor the key’s were not accessing into the room. Everything was under maintenance pool, gym etc. I was been here for many times but had worst experience this time. However they tried to compensate with breakfast for the issue but it was disappointing for me.

Very old and dirty

We had the most horrible experience this hotel! Holiday inn should have closed this hotel down until they are done renovating. The hotel is dusty and dirty, the sheets are not clean, the AC is not working, and there is no hot water. Construction is very noisy. The staff are nice but not helpful as they can’t do anything about the situation. I spoke to the manager about the AC and all what they were able to do is to send a fan to the room!

They're under construction and they were using a hammer drill in the room nextdoor. The locks were broken so it took us 10 minutes to get in each time.

Nice and clean but…. no window to be open for fresh air
