Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees. When the tide is low you can walk around the island and explore near the mangroves. The prettiest sunsets you’ll ever see. Lovers key state park is less than a 10 minutes drive and has so much to do and see. Never very crowded. The staff are awesome and friendly. We will continue to go to vacation here for many more years to come. Simply the best!

Property was clean, photos listed in advertisement were of beach club not actual hotel. View was still pretty but mostly bay views only.

The apartment was updated and lovely. Gorgeous views, balcony off living room and bedroom. Efficiently laid out and comfortable. Kitchen stocked with equipment. Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub great. Flippers restaurant delicious. Construction nearby means walking to the beach isn’t exactly allowed.

We really liked how quiet this way, away from the main strip. Pool was great. Saw dolphins, alligators, and a manatee.

This is a 12 story building, plus a penthouse. There are 2 elevators. We were told one hasn't worked since December. The other one wasn't working when we checked in, then it worked for 2 days and broke down again.

I’m a local and wanted a staycation it was amazing highly recommend Lovers Key Resort!

The resort itself was great and Macy at Guest Services was so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed several delicious meals at Flippers restaurant next door. The pool was nice and warm, and the view from our condo was amazing! We saw manatees, stingrays and dolphins. The only downside was the room itself, which was advertised as “luxury”: the palm themed coastal furnishings were fine, and I could live with the 1990s kitchen appliances, but the kitchen was sparsely appointed with dishes, decor was tired and honestly the entire place could use a deep clean and new flooring.

The room was beautiful, the view was gorgeous, and it was very clean. The property itself was very nice. They don’t have housekeeping unless you are there 5 days or longer which is kind of inconvenient. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We had a great time! Stayed in room 502 was very clean and had a great view! The only thing I would have wanted was more coffee and creamer in the room. For are 4 nights. We will be coming back!

When I booked I did not realize it was a timeshare owned. I think Expedia should indicate when a “resort”. Is really not a resort. There was no front desk services. Not staffed as a resort This is more a long term rental property only. I would not recommend to most. It is quiet and away from busy crowds. Which is good

Requested a late check out. Confirmed by staff, then locked out of room. Had to request sheets etc for pull out sofa. Elevator out of order.
