What a breath of fresh air. Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, amazing view.

Great place to bring the family. Staff is always extremely courteous and friendly.

He did not communicate well I charge a resort fee on the bill and also they charge a night to park Overall the facilities was nice and clean, except for the shower had mold in it.

This was an awesome place to stay. The staff... just excellent. Fabian who works the beach cabanas, chairs etc. was totally awesome as well. Works his butt off making sure people are taking care of on the beach!! I fully recommend this place to stay

The service and the property were great.

Understandable the property is going through some renovations due to storms. However, they did their best to keep it very clean and comfortable for us. Great staff you can go back-and-forth between the Don Cesar and this property and they provide a free shuttle for that which is awesome.

Beach House suites one of the nices places to stay on St Pete Beach. Rooms are clean and all have a beautiful view of the beach and the pool. All rooms have a great balcony to sit out on. Prices of the rooms have almost double in the last few years. Resort fees are 45 dollars including taxes per day. Parking is 30 dollars a day including taxes. One day the bar and the beach was closed do heavy rain all day. There was no refund for the fees.

Fabulous 4th of July weekend stay at the Beach House Suites! Property has been upgraded since we stayed 2 years ago. Loved having complimentary umbrella & lounge chairs set up on the beach. Donnie was great at check in & helped get us a blender to use in our suite. Mgr Anthony was very polite & helpful. Chris was wonderful at the beach bar. Loved taking shuttle to the Don CeSar. It was wonderful!

The best place ever! We will never stay anywhere else!!

Overall was a good trip. Pool was nice, rooms were big and spacious, bed was a little hard, and fridge was one of the smaller personal ones. Staff was excellent, both accommodating and professional along with great attitudes. Just be aware, after paying through expedia, you still owe daily resort charges and tax to the hotel at the end of your stay. And if you drive there, you have a daily parking charge as well. This amounted to between $60-$70 a day that we had to pay on checkout.

Overall, this was a very pleasant day. All of the accommodations were amazing! My only drawback was that I know that the room was available sooner but the representative at the front desk refused to let us go back until 4 PM when the schedule check-in is knowing that we had been there The entire afternoon waiting she could've let us go back a little bit sooner.

Perfect views and location

Every individual who assisted us was amazing. I enjoyed my morning talks with the front desk personnel while waiting on coffee. The decor in the rooms were perfect and fitting for a family suite. The only thing to be aware of is that the refrigerators are very small especially when you have children with you. A gallon of milk does not fit. Buy two half gallons if needed. A very small item for how perfect everything else was!

We stayed one night this weekend at the Don CeSar Beach Suites, and it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with access to all the amenities of the main hotel. The suite was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a quick getaway. We loved the peaceful vibe and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely return for a longer stay next time!

Overall, we like the property a lot we are disappointed that there was a live music by the pool as there has been in the past

Stay was ok. But the property needs some love and updating. Our room wasn’t clean. Looked like they just freshened the sheets and put clean towels out. The floors were dirty. Everything needed wiped off. Thankfully I bring Clorox wipes to clean everything. There were visible stains on couch. Bed and sleeping pillows were not comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit didn’t even wash correctly. There was something gummy in the dryer so it left stains on our clothes. The only thing that stood out as five stars was Alex which was apart of the beach staff. He was great with getting us our beach chairs and umbrellas!

This place was amazing. Beach was beautiful, condo had everything we needed. The staff was super kind & helpful. You also get to enjoy the amenities at the Don Cesar
