Location was good Requested a handicapped bathroom on 1st floor 3 days before... Didn't have one when we arrived waited over an hour Finally got one on 4th floor long walk to a very moldy bathroom...room was clean,the bathroom had mold.

Nice hotel, very pleasant staff!

I appreciated how hot the water got in the shower. We didn’t stay in the room long as we were busy. I liked how dark it was with the curtain, made it great for sleeping. My husband found the AC not cold enough though. We also used the body wash, shampoo and conditioner on our stay and I found the conditioner to be just water.

Staff were professional and accommodating.

Clean but outdated. It’s all I needed, a clean place to sleep and rest . This hotel checked those but if you want luxury and extra accommodations, this is not the place. Satisfied with my stay and for business stops, this place is enough.

Mattress is too soft. Woke up with sore back each morning while there.

Recommend minimum coffee bar plus light breakfast food alternative to your “bistro.” Reception staff varied , some attentive some disinterested. Narrow hallways with poor lighting . Room decor needs updating . And , finally, use better quality sheets that fit the mattress! On the positive side , quiet room and lovely housekeeping staff .

I am totally dissatisfied with honesty policy of the hotel . Even though we used just one water bottle from the room, we will billed for 2 water bottles. This should be checked and reverted . Thank you
