I stayed with my family and the place was clean breakfast was great and the pool was clean

The property is run down, it seems no upgrades have taken place in years. The rooms feel outdated and the bathrooms are really old. The breakfast buffet was of low quality. Artificial juice, and the food was poorly cooked overall.

We liked that it was close to Guanajuato but far enough as so not to be in all the hustle and bustle. For a holiday - the hotel needs lots of updating in the bathrooms. Hotel desperately needs another elevator. Additionally the pool area should have more ventilation. Pool area was hot and the smell of chlorine was pretty pungent. Employees/staff was wonderful.

Good place

Nice hotel in the more modern part of the city, easy parking and nice amenities. You can take tours, a taxi or uber from the hotel to reach the city’s old town and other atractions.

Todo muy bien. Si scaso un poco ruidoso el a/c pero supongo es normal. No esta ubicado cerca del centro historico lo cual es un plus si viajas en automobil pues Gto es muy dificil de transitar en auto y mas si es grande.

Great hotel, great food and great service

So far everything been good probably stay longer depending on what we here from La piedad.

Very comfortable and clean - and excellent buffet

Everything was great

The Breakfast was excellent and the service there was above and beyond. The room we seen not one but 2 roaches on two separate days, we notified the cleaning staff.

The staff is amazing !!! The rooms are clean , but light fixtures in some rooms are falling apart and door knobs on bathroom broken. Overall a good hotel I would definitely come back.
