Amazing staff! We were able to check in a little early. Staff was quick with all requests. They also offered suggestions for dinner. We used the airport and cruise port shuttle as well. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

Fast check in, clean room and they have a great shuttle service that goes to the airport. They even had coffee out for us before 5am! Very much appreciated.

Well actually the electricity was off when we got there. And Sandy (sandra?) immediately met us at the car when she saw my mom struggling to get out. She informed us our stay would be refunded if we chose to book some where else. She was very kind and even gave me her personal number to communicate. As my mom is elderly i decided to book elsewhere as she cant be out for long. I informed hotels.com and they got right on it with communicateing with the hotel and my refund was issued before i even left Tampa!! What a surprise and a pleasure. Thank you springhill & hotels.com

The room was comfortable. We stay at Springhill because we have a large family and there is room for the kids and breakfast.

Hot tub appeared to need some upkeep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pricing was fair and affordable, and the on-site parking was a big plus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience!
