I like the convenience and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Was a nice & convenient location to The Mills Jersey Gardens shopping mall and near Newark Airport and close to the Elizabeth Train Station for travel into NYC.

They advertise that the hotel provide free breakfast , but it should say that it is only coffee and muffin.

The hotel stunk very bad before walking into the building along with the hallways and my room smelled…carpet was very dirty I refused to walk on the floor without shoes

This is the worst extended stay America I’ve ever stayed at. This is my 2nd or 3rd time at this location. Every time something gets stolen, they charge me for cooking even though they literally provide a stove, the staff is ghetto and rude

I'd asked was there a bigger size bed. Because that was not a Queen's size bed that I was in. It was more like a extra full size bed. The furniture was worn. I have been in most of the Top-notch hotels and, I never had to pay a $100.00 deposit. That's totally crazy and not worth it.

Hotel advised there was shuttle bus from airport, but upon arrival, shuttle but was not available for whatever reason. There was a beeping sound from the hallway the whole night. Hotel is also right underneath flight path and could hear every flight taking off. Hotel is also behind a logistic warehouse and semi-trucks started working around 5am.

Hotel seem pretty ran down to me especially in the rooms, the fridge was full with rust all over and the counter top was all broken up and the heat was not working. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed by. I booked it for a week and decided to check out on the 4th day. The lady at the front desk had a bit of an attitude while I was checking in.

the price for 1 night was needed it stated free breakfast but was not any but coffee and oats.they also had a water cut off which was only noted upon arriving in the room and not check in.

Rooms were comfortable. Staff was accommodating

Nice place, all in all. Caters to travelers who will be in the area for an extended time (hence the expanded kitchen facilities), but for the one/two night visitor, it was good as well. Comfy bed!

I arrived at 2:30AM and checked out at 8:30AM. Room was clean, bed was good, shower was hot. Nothing to complain about. Was very close to Newark airport. Provided shuttle to airport.

Lighting at night in the hall is not so good.
