Excellent Customer Service. I suggest the management should considering giving free water bottles. The cost will not be more than few cents per room. Offering water is considered good gesture. Difficult for a customer to check in then if its out of stock at lobby area, go out find a place to buy water bottles.

We arrived early to attend a wedding and were able to check in early. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was renovated and clean and had a fridge and micro. Separate a/c unit in room that you could control heat/cool however window did not open. Parking was easy and enough spaces. Breakfast simple but had enough options inc fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, toast, pastries and cereal. A great overnight stay.

I have been here two times and didn’t see any issues other than the elevator! Told them it’s very slow, of course I don’t mind going up and down 2 floors but I saw people waiting for it for couple of minutes because it’s old and slow. Other than that the continental breakfast is not much, but you can pay extra to get a better breakfast which I had better options outside and didn’t. The only thing is, it’s kind of pricey!

Room staff forgot to collect dirty towels one day. The staff were efficient and friendly enough. Breakfast is strictly continental. They do serve eggs and meat for an additional charge. There is a Tim Horton within walking distance which was very good.

Clean and tidy

First time here. Staying for business. Fast friendly checkin and nice big clean room. Free breakfast was a bonus.

Very calm and nice place

The stay was comfortable and overall a good experience. The property is a bit dated and could use some updates, but it still offered decent value.

Free parking and near shopping areas. The only thing we didn’t like was that one is not able to completely close the curtains.
