Always great experience!

Location 10/10. Steps away from entertainment in the port, the basilica and dozens of amazing restaurants. Room was also great layout, clean and spacious. We are a family traveling with a young kid and the suite bedroom being closed off was great to allow our kid time to sleep early while we still had space to be awake and lounge. We used the valet parking with was very convenient with it being in the middle of the city. We will absolutely come back. Our only drawbacks during the experience was that the concierge was always very busy, so we gave up speaking to her twice. We also had a call from reception after arrival to check if we liked the room where we asked for an extra blanket that never came. The staff was otherwise very pleasant.

The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the courtyard. The staff was lovely and helpful. The location was the best part! I will be back!

The staff worked very hard to get us an early check in as 9 of us (including two preschoolers) were attending Cirque du Soleil. They even upgraded our rooms and made us feel very welcome. All three of the rooms were larger than expected and with multiple family members sharing each room, there was lots of privacy for sleeping. Amenities included a fully stocked kitchenette, night lights in the bed for reading, a fireplace and a seating area. The hotel is a short walk to many restaurants etc in Old Quebec, so a perfect location for easy access to everything, including to Cirque du Soleil. The concierge found us the perfect restaurant for both children and adults located between Cirque and the hotel. We used valet parking and the gentleman who parked our cars was informative and efficient. He and the Front Desk staff, including a new male employee, could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We will definitely go back and stay at Saint-Sulpice!

Incredibly unique property, incredibly well managed, and in the most incredible part of Montreal.

Great hotel in a perfect location, we had dropped the car back to the rental so didn’t experience the valet. Leonie is an amazing concierge, very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep too well as we were next to the stairs and there was a very squeaky door, which I did report to reception but I don’t think this seemed a concern to them. We arrived early and our room was ready so an early check in at the end of a road trip was much appreciated. We were given our Expedia VIP drinks but unfortunately we don’t drink alcohol so we left these. I would advise against eating in their restaurant though, we were advised à la carte menu would be $28 per person for breakfast but the waitress said that’s only if breakfast is included with our stay (if it’s included then surely we wouldn’t have to pay at all), anyway, partner ordered the French toast that was meant to have nuts… he didn’t get any nuts but did get the same mouldy berries that I had on my pancakes. The lights in the lobby were also flickering quite badly, not just one bulb but at least three of them, potentially indicating the wiring needs looking at. Overall a good stay but felt let down by a few issues.

Excellent hotel in a great location within Old Montreal. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Easy walk everywhere including subway/metro station Place d’Armes. We will definitely come back!

Gorgeous rooms and fabulous staff! The in and out valet was great. I was disappointed it was a Murphy bed as our second queen but it was perfectly comfortable. We also loved the Nespresso.

Outstanding hotel! The best of all the places we stayed at. Very European chic. The room was really large with it's own bedroom. living room with a murphy bed and kitchenette area. The bathroom was big and luxurious. The outdoor terrace view reminded me of Europe. When we arrived it was still raining but the concierge came to the rescue providing everyone with an umbrella. The hotel is centrally located. right behind the Basilica of Notre Dame. Can't wait to stay here again.

Not their fault but lots of construction across the & lots of street noise

I can not praise this hotel enough. We had a great stay. The property itself was clean and beautiful. Our room was amazing. Clean, spacious, and the little terrace was the icing on the cake. Staff was incredibly helpful and warm. Can not sign its praises enough. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and the metro was also within walking distance.

Great hotel, with a great staff in a excellent location by old Montreal

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Saint Sulpice - the area was central to many sightseeing spots and is in the heart of Old Montreal which is absolutely beautiful. The room and hotel itself were fantastic; clean, spacious, and modern. The only downside we felt was some of the staff; a majority of them were very accommodating and kind but we felt a some unnecessary coldness from a few of the reception staff. Overall, we had a great first time in Montreal and Hotel Saint Sulpice and would recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed a fantastic experience at the Hotel Saint-Sulpice. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was absolutely beautiful. 10/10 will book this hotel again!
