Room was clean, found it difficult to get the temperature comfortable, there was no fireplace in this room and every other time I have stayed at the Rundlestone there was a fireplace in the room. I had to ask for an upgrade none was offered.

Room was in good condition, not very updated but it was a nice and comfortable stay! The staff were friendly and the parking garage was heated and had ski lockers which was super nice!

We had a great stay at the Rundlestone Lodge. Close to Banff Avenue, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The Rocky Mountain Soap Company soap and shampoo was a lovely treat. The pool was a hit for my son, and the loft room option was fantastic for him to be able to sleep soundly while still having lights on in the main area of the room. We had a larger vehicle (F150) so did not fit in the underground parking, but street parking was easy to find.

The first room that I was assigned had a terrible smell. I mentioned this to the front desk and they found me another room which was more than adequate.

Clean room, quiet, great staff

Rooms were clean. They moved us because the thermostat was broken , but did an upgrade. The hot tub is missing to les, hotel definately could be updated, but good stay for the price.

Clean room, lovely staff, and relaxing pool & hot tub.

We only stayed for a night. The room itself is very nice and spacious though the room we stayed in do not have a microwave (available at the front desk). We always book a hotel with a pool so the kids will njoy it and this one didn't disappoint. Overall good experience.

Check-in was smooth and room 242 meet all our needs.
