This was a great stay! So much so we added another night.

Very friendly staff was the first thing we noticed. The building itself had beautiful stonework throughout making it feel more grand. Pool & Hot tub were amazing. Free breakfast was awesome. Great selections (even included pop, if you’re into that). Room was huge with a full kitchen.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We had water dripping through our ceiling and a refrigerator that was running all night long. Uncontrollable noise with no Manager on staff or security. We were supposed to be able to have breakfast and the little kids were sticking their hands in all of the food and putting the top of the bottles in their mouth.. When contacting the Manager annd Corporate they refused to reimburse us or offer any other type of compensation. It is absolutely disgusting and I would highly recommend finding a different hotel.

We have been to this property before it’s close to one of our relatives that we came to visit we like how close it is to his house and where he works so we can see him there.

No ice machine or ice in your room outdoor pool staff is very rude. My room stunk like fish. It had such a bad thing to it and they would not give me a new room. Hotel was clean and nice but other than that the amenities stink here

Enjoyed the pool , hot tub , everyone was nice . Great breakfast. Rooms were nice ! Only issue was it was so noisy.

Room was missing a battery in the smoke detector and it was beeping. I had to go to the front desk to get a battery for it. We also had to do some cleaning ourselves. The room is otherwise nice and the staff is nice and helpful.

My son and I left our room to attend a concert and when we got back, part of tge ceiling in the bathroom had fallen down because of a leak dripping down from the ceiling. My eye glass case got ruined from the water dripping on it. I called the manager and she gave me the option of switching rooms or waiting til morning for maintenance as they don't stay on property. I chose to switch rooms.

The front desk staff was very unpleasant. There were kids running around and banging on room doors until late night.

Staff was very friendly, check in smooth. The room was spacious however not very clean. There was debris all over the floor including a piece of plastic my husband stepped on with bare feet. There were onion peels on a pillow and the couch, a piece of brownie or something on the floor, obviously the room was not vacuumed. All doors were stained/smudged with something that I easily cleaned off with a towel. There were stains all along the walls in the bathrooms (like coffee was spilled down the wall and left there) and a stain on the bedding. This is not the first time we stayed here so was surprised how poorly cleaned this room was when we arrived. Disappointed that this may cause us not to stay here again.

No hot water when I tried to take a shower, found a room key and receipt from previous customer. Makes you think of how they missed that and cleaned the room correctly. Second time in a row didn't have any waffles batter

Overall great stay. Our room was very nice, well laid out, clean and well appointed. Quiet location but easy to get to everything. 4.5 stars only because the "manager's reception" only applies Mon-Wed, not all week, like the listing says. The breakfast was also not as good as we expected. There were plenty of options but some were low or out, the toaster barely worked, there were missing condiments. They were not busy at that time. Based on the photos, we were expecting a much better meal, but were a bit disappointed. However, we'd stay again!

I wasn’t impressed with this place at all. Number one when I arrived there was no one who could help me check in is what I was told an had to wait for quite some time for someone to finally help me get checked in . No ice machine and no ice make in freezer . I paid for a 1 bed room suite I would think I would have it
