They don't include water like other hotels with the same price. There's no fan in the room. The lock for the safe box didn't work, so I had to carry my passport with me all the time, something one shouldn't do, even at home. The location is ok, but you have to walk a few blocks to find cafes or restaurants. From Segovia, I went to another hotel that has a bookstore and 3 cafes in the same block, and is only two blocks from owner run artisan clothing. I won't stay at Segovia again. By the way, the night staff hardly looks up when you walk in and out.

The room was not the one I booked and paid for. I even showed Manuel the photos of the room from the hotel’s own listing, but he still refused to provide it. Instead, he repeatedly said it was “hotel policy” and “subject to availability.” If that’s the case, why was I charged for that specific room? When I asked to speak with the manager, he simply replied, “I am the manager,” leaving me with no way to escalate the issue. I wasted more than two hours trying to resolve this matter with hotels.com customer service.. Also the room had only one electrical outlet, and Manuel was unhelpful, unprofessional, and unable to resolve even basic issues. His poor communication made an already frustrating experience much worse.

The hotel’s location is excellent, but unfortunately that’s the only positive aspect of this property. They refused to provide the room that was advertised and that I had already paid for, unless I paid an additional fee of 1000 pesos The check-in process was chaotic and unprofessional.The receptionist, Manuel, was unable to resolve basic issues and communication was very difficult due to his poor English skills. Overall, this is one of the worst hotel check ins experiences I have ever had The room and bathroom were dirty, and there was black hair everywhere. The safe did not even have a lock..and also although the hotel has “No Smoking” signs everywhere, the smell of marijuana in the hallways and outside the rooms was overwhelming. Lastly, there are no security cameras in the hallways, which is very concerning. If your belongings are stolen or an incident occurs, there appears to be no video surveillance to help identify what happened or who was responsible.

My niece was in a wheelchair, and the staff was nice and helpful with her. THANK YOU!

Excellent location, solid budget option.

A good budget hotel to stay in that does the job! The location is great and the hotel staff are helpful. Also the restaurant is decent if you're tired of eating tacos everyday outside. Rooms are dated and are with very limited amenities; no fridge!

Room was clean and functional. Its walking distance from the night life and tons of eateries . 3min walk to the bus station made transit easy. Older hotel but it was kept up .

The hotel’s location is its main advantage, as it is situated in a great area of the city, close to Zona Rosa. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The rooms do not have air conditioning or even a fan, which can make the stay quite uncomfortable, especially during warmer months. In addition, the mattress in my room was in very poor condition, with a hard ridge running down the middle and noticeable sagging on both sides, which caused significant discomfort and back pain. I also had a frustrating experience with the staff when I requested a room change. The morning-shift receptionist told me that room changes could only be arranged after 5:00 p.m. and instructed me to speak with the evening staff. When I did so after 5:00 p.m., the evening-shift receptionist told me that room changes had to be requested before 1:00 p.m. through the morning staff. As a result, I was never able to change rooms and had to endure the uncomfortable mattress for the duration of my stay. I would only recommend this hotel as a budget-friendly option near Zona Rosa and primarily for winter travel, when the lack of air conditioning is less of an issue.

Is a good budget hotel in a very convenient location. Room was clean and neat. Everything worked as intended. That said…no AC. There is a vent in the ceiling for cooling that you can open but it isn’t always on and you’ve no direct control. Plugs are few and well worn…making it often difficult for things to stay plugged in. Is popular with travel groups and people will be knocking on doors early in the morning to see if others are ready. Restaurant ok but certainly better choices nearby. Will stay again for price and location.
