The room is big, I went to the reception, didn’t tell me the WiFi, I had go to different building as the room not beside reception, very confused. The last day stay, no one told us the reception not open, we have to walk to different hotel for breakfast, didn’t have note on the reception door for let us know. Very luck when I was waiting outside the reception for breakfast one of the customer told me we have to go to different hotel I don’t even know where I had to return my room key.

We had a terrible experience there. Very bad smell from the bathroom, broken toilet seat, and no response from the reception desk about our concerns. Won't go back there at all.

Hotel was closed. Told us to go to another hotel which was also full.

Rooms very run down, broken furniture and fixtures ie no shower door. Dirty. Mosquitos everywhere. Breakfast poor, unhelpful rude staff. Nothing good to say apart from location.

The air conditioning worked amazing during the summer heat.

This was the best hotel we stayed in our European vacation. It was clean, spacious, and staff was great plus it’s a straight 5 minute walk to St Marks Cathedral

Room was not at all as advertised, it was clean enough except some marks on the wall which my partner wasnt sure if it was blood. Breakfast once again was not as asvertised. Walls are definitely NOT soundproof as we could hear toilets flushing through the walls etc. We also didmt have a view as we were situated at the back of the building staring into a not so nice alleyway. Wouldnt book again

We loved the location of Hotel San Zulian. Our 5 star room was beautiful with three windows and a lovely view. We booked two rooms one for ourselves and one another couple at the same time. So would assume both rooms were comparable. Unfortunately their 2 star room had one window that faced the wall of the next building and was a lot smaller than ours. I asked reception what each room cost so I could pay more for mine and return some of their money but was told both rooms were the same price. They didn’t have the pics on their website of their room. They should have alerted us to the type difference.

Front desk staff Mustafa was very helpful and great customer service! Their company is lucky to have him!

Small Room. Amenities were limited. TV control didn’t appear till 2nd day. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate.

The room was in a separate building and required three locks on three different doors to get in. It was nice a quiet inside but poorly lit and the bathtub was jetted but the drain plug was done. The bed was very hard and we kept getting bit by some kind of insects.

Room was excellent. Still had a few mosquito issues in early october. It was easy to find and central for any walking activities.

TV did not working I asked to fix it and. Nobody from staff could not fixed, first floor had strong odor, I don’t recommend this hotel at all

The stay was great!

Be aware that not all of the rooms have elevator access. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. The breakfast was continental without eggs or bacon/sausage. The location was terrific, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
