Good hotel right in the centre of the city. Staff were helpful. Wifi and credit card payment system were down on arrival. Credit card system was back on line later in the evening. Wifi not so much. Facilities were very clean but dated. Also on our level there are building works still going on. It is noisy as in we could hear other people having their tv on in next doors rooms, but it wasn’t too bad. The windows seemed reasonably thick however as the noises outside were more of a constant hum then stop start noise which I find worse.. Would be mindful of the information about the hotel as it is not 16 minutes to the airport (more like 30 to 45 minutes with traffic.. You also can’t be dropped directly outside the hotel, it would be worth the hotel informing guests of this and providing a better addressed as our taxi driver dropped us 10 minutes away when there was a taxi stand on the next street over.

Location, shopping and dining options are the highlight. Walking distance to must see sites.

Love this hotel! Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. And hotel is close to all the sights plus the Metro is practically 10 steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the location — it’s right in the heart of downtown Madrid and within easy walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but that worked perfectly for our short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, though we did have an issue with the shower — the water temperature kept shifting from hot to cold and back again, which made it tricky to use. Aside from that, everything else was good, and the convenience of the location really made our trip enjoyable.

Arrived at 8:30 am and although our room was not ready-nor did we expect it to be- they immediately offered to store our bags and get a room ready for us asap. Super friendly staff, great breakfast. Convenient location - although centre to the plaza with mass demonstrations- creating noise. Room was adequate - bathroom needed renovation. Great Air conditioning! Wifi was weak in rooms. Overall recommend and would stay again.

The property was ideally situated right next to Sol metro. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and sufficient space. The breakfast provided a brilliant start to the day with a great variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.
