We really loved staying in this hotel. Our room was in a detached house and it was beutiful, very big, clean. Parking is paid 25e per night, not really cheap and it is a small parking so make sure to reserve it. One things that was not clear mentioned and it is misleading is the pool. It is not included in the price and as breakfast, parking, it is extra charge for it. Gym was amazing and definitely made this experience even better.

Lovely property in a quiet area. Close by to public transport to access the greater Firenze area. Spacious rooms with great fixtures. Pool and spa available on site for a fee.

On outskirts of town - (so outside ZTL zone) - good bus service though will get you to most places you’ll want to visit. On site parking is a bit steep at €25 per day. First rate helpful front desk staff always able to answer any queries. Nice breakfast & a couple of restaurants very close to hotel. Pool access charge is a little over the top though at €10 per person per hour (€20 if you want to use spa).

Family room in annex, nice bed but completely impractical bathroom, small and with shower in the middle of it just with curtains, leaving floor wet throughout, utterly ridiculous. Breakfast staff very nice, Elena particularly helpful

Max was our go to guy for everything! The staff was very helpful and curtious, will definetly stay at the property in the future.

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Grifone and would definitely recommend to anybody looking to stay in Florence! We enjoyed the spa after a long travel day, and it was clean and quiet! Our bed was comfortable and large, and they sold bus tickets at the front desk which was super easy and convenient! Overall a great stay!

Great little spot outside the busy downtown area of Florence. Very spacious room with temperature controls and a nice walk in shower and what appeared to be a recently renovated bathroom. There was a strong smell of fresh paint when we arrived and a ladder in the room but no big deal. Opened the window to air it out and the rest of the stay was a blast.

Far from the action. Must take a bus. But this could be a plus to avoid the noise. Inside parking was a benefit. Shower (1 mt x 1 mt) had a cloth drape covering a mini window inside the shower! Stairs were so narrow that it was hard to climb with a suitcase!

The shower in the bathroom was very strange. Curtained off in front of toilet. Also the pool is an added cost which is ridiculous to charge 10 euro for 2 hours.

The staff were so kind and helpful! We would stay there again just to see them!!!

Really disappointed that it's advertised with a pool yet this is charged at €20 per person for 2hrs which is not made clear on the original booking 😕 It's a 45 min walk from the main centre also

Excellent hotel, the staff could not be any better! So friendly & helpful. Lovely pool & shuttle into town were worth the little extra!

Staff were helpful, room was clean, and the centre is a quick bus ride away. Pool was an additional fee. (Didn’t see that when I booked)
