It was adequate for our working trip. Not super nice but not horrible either. Beds were very firm. Water pressure was great in the shower, Had to be a little assertive to get one room changed because the ac wasn’t working properly. They tried to say it was working fine, it was very warm and muggy. We had to add another night and they were very accommodating.

Wonderful having breakfast available. Sausage was cold, so heated it in microwave. Would have like bacon as an option. Loved the option of waffle. Coffee was very weak.

Room had many unclean spots on the walls, curtains had strange stains and looked gross, dusty, bathroom was outdated, dingy and had cracked floor tiles. Linens were clean and room smelled fine. Carpet was clean as well. Overall ok. Could use updating and better cleaning.

Hotel was very quiet. Only issue we had was that our hotel room door would not shut all the way unless you pulled it shut. We left for the day and pulled the door shut, when we came back it was slightly open. Super glad we did not leave anything important in the room. Hotel was very quiet.

All night long since I got here so many gaming machines are half functioning. A lot of doors are blocked off. Hot tub doesn’t work . Soda machines aren’t working. There lack of employees. So you have to walk around aimlessly looking for staff to help. Some are so nice in casino but it seems desk staff I talked to over phone is unapologetic and doesn’t care that I paid my bill and expect some basic needs just like every other customer. I feel like they just are to lazy or something to literally put some effort to accommodate me as a disabled paying customer. I and my husband both were polite to them then I got frustrated and spoke up for myself and my money spent and the injustice and lack of basic accommodation I called and asked for and it’s advertised too on most photos presented on website. I have travelled to hundreds of hotels and I usually get the things needed for my disability. A manager or any employee should not just hang up on a customer that is stating he need necessary requested items in order to breathe and sleep comfortably. That was called in ahead of time to be requested. Then I call back after she hung up on me and another employee went on to chastise me over and over again because it was and continues repeatedly telling me that if I had made prior arrangements they could help. But I did call before I even left Missouri. They said no problem we can take care of that for you just ask when I arrive but no I get treated like I’m unimportant now can’t sleep.
