Safe and friendly atmosphere!

The staff was great pool was clean everyone at motel was friendly and the room stayed very nice and cold. Restaurants was close by

Shower did not work…mentioned it upon check in and front desk said they should have told us their was a hidden lever inside the faucet…why not fix it correctly?

When I checked in, the guy at the front desk was great. I went to the room and it smelled horrible. He immediately gave me another room. I went to that room and there were bugs in it. He immediately gave me another room. That room smelled horrible. He immediately gave me a refund and I stayed somewhere else. The service was very good, but the hotel was gross.

Quick to check in and clean rooms

Nice room for the price. Breakfast was better than usual. Would stay here again.

The room was better than I thought it would be after visiting the check in desk. That comment is strictly based on the appearance of the cluttered and dinged up front desk area. The room itself was fine. Didn’t realize it was a hotel with outside hallways/outdoor room access. Staff was efficient and friendly. It was a one night stay and good enough for one night.

The pool and pool deck were not clean.

I have a good report, the reasons that follow are why only 4 stars. We had a great time, but our reservation was for a king size bed, we got in our room and it was two queen size, not exactly a way to celebrate a wedding anniversary. We also had a bit of a run around with our dogs. We were told yes, then was reading that we couldn't. We could, hence the need for a king bed. Although our visit was great this wasn't noticed till I checked out that the reservation was correct for the size bed. I thought I made a mistake, but I didn't. The only other issue I had, was that there wasn't some form of anti-skid mat or strips in the bath tub. My husband, while taking a shower slipped in the tub and hit his head. He is fine, but I believe shouldn't have happened.

Very conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Mammoth cave visitor center and Glasgow. This is a nice little area. The pool was small, but refreshing. The staff was helpful and polite. Some of the other guests were a little loud at the pool area in the evening even we were going to sleep.

It wasn’t bad at all. The one thing that stuck out was I don’t think housekeeping has looked behind the tool room door in some time. It was really dirty and a bunch of dead flies

The room was not as clean as you would like. Toilet seat was not secured. Room was not well kept and had a musty odor. The breakfast was very limited. The staff was nice, and we enjoyed the area, but the hotel could use some upkeep.

Nice to major interstate and tourist attractions

Check in lady was really nice. Room was musky smelling. Sheets had burn holes in them. Free breakfast was VERY limited. The pool had a light floating in it. When i reported it, was told "it does that but there's no electricity running to it"! Overall it is a cheap motel. You get what you pay for.

Convenient to interstate

Older property but it was clean. Easy access to highway. Not a lot of frills.

The pool was fun and bigger than it looked. Everything worked, but the ac leaked outside having us step into a puddle of water anything we left. They tried to keep us as a group with two rooms, but one had some mold and they kindly moved us to a different room. That staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
