Front desk staff friendly

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, no protein on the breakfast buffet, but lioks fresh and welcoming.

Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. Jets didn't work. Arrived early for check in and was told I had to wait an hour or pay $10 to check in an hour early. Had nothing to do with room availability.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Quite and clean stay, but very congested space for breakfast hope that can be improved . Rest all was good .

Clean and spacious

Expectations were not high, but there are areas of improvement. The not so good: Stains on the wall and couch, strong old rug smell as you walk into the room The Good: bed and pillows were comfy and clean. Bathroom had everything. Room had fridge and microwave.

Room was good size and clean. Up to date charging ports. Quiet, close to parks and restaurants.

Check in was easy and amazing

Clean and reasonably quiet. Stayed overnight on our way to the US.

Dirty bed sheets/pillow case , poor customer service breakfast is tooooooo early the 4 nights I stayed there I missed my breakfast

Was convenient for a quick nap while traveling long distance.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and no hidden fees or surprises. I would recommend and stay here again.

Did not have fridge and microwave included in fee. Fee was iigh for one night and should inclide these necessities.⁴

Nice breakfast, quiet place for a quick stay, staff is very helpful. Although, we are still waiting for our deposit to be reimbursed.
