Very comfortable bed. Slept great!

The pool was cold and no towels

The pool/hot tub was closed, the "breakfast" was a sausage sandwich or waffle. Horrible customer service, kuds running up and down the halls all night.

Everything was good for our stay this weekend!!

Nice stay. Great location for my needs, easy access to sturgis and rapid city. Management was awesome. Had a nice conversation. My only little complaint, hot tub wasn’t very hot, kinda just warm.

I liked how easy it was to find the place right off the highway and how nice and helping the staff was would stay again.

They are in the process of renovation which is desperately needed. The fitness center was not available. The mattress on the bed needed to be replaced. My expectations from the ratings and pictures were much higher than the experience.

Everything was fine. The breakfast is not what the picture shows. It was less.

It was disappointing that the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke when we opened the door, in a non smoking room and signs warning of fines. Nothing was done. The other room the out let is falling out of the wall, safety hazard.

THis hotel has an 8.5 star rating, but definitely BOTS. It is very old, breakfast was a joke, hot tub was broken and cold, and the room smelled like 1950. I'd give it a 4.

Staff is incredibly friendly, hotel is clean and inviting. We arrived during a snow storm and they ensured the walkways were cleared and safe

The beds were pretty bad. Can tell they’ve been used many times. Big sinkholes.

Our room is very comfortable, staff has been friendly. There are 2 stores to shop at for snacks and drinks and a pizza hut right across the store.

Honestly didn't know what to expect but it was in-between 2 places I wanted to be so took a chance. I can't tell you how glad I am that I did. So much better than the ridiculous priced chains! It was just great.
