Smelt mold bathroom toilet was loose seat cracked floors dirty bath was leaking floors dirty and cticky ceiling warped and dirty

Shabby, smelly and in need of good scrub.

Staying with Carole was wonderful. A peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere that draws you back in time, I believe Carole‘s place is one of my favorite stays.

At check in had to wait for person to come desk. Once cheked in key card didnt work..The attending person then changed my room to another. When i opened door i looked room over filthy . I took photos and left there to find a better hotel.There was half a case of beer in the fridge from someone. Fridge had mold on its seals Microwave was really bad. Bath had rust and mold. Checked red comforter and it had pubic har on it disgusting place i would not recomend to anyone.

We walked in, turned around and walked back out. First off, there were giant burn holes in the old bed spread and the room smelled very strongly of smoke and chemicals. Clearly, the chemicals were not ones used for cleaning. The walls had filth smeared and dripping down them. The toilet looked like a worn out toilet from the back of a shady truck stop - those ones where the key is tied to a big stick. Also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few years. I was afraid to sit on the surfaces or even pull back the sheets to check for bed bugs. Literally everything was filthy. To top it all off, even the ceiling was made up of those foam office tile things. I know how easy it is to move one or poke a hole. If I stayed there, I would feel unsafe. The woman at the desk clearly didn't want to be there and didn't care at all about her customers or her child, who was also there. There was a $20 cash deposit upon check in that was posted absolutely nowhere, making it a total surprise and inconvenience, which the clerk also did not care about. Unfortunately, I prepaid for two nights and was unable to get any sort of refund. Even if you just need a place to pay your head for a while, this is NOT the place to go. You can go down the road a bit and get a usable room for about the same cost.

Everything was in poor condition. I didn't expect perfection. But the wifi barely worked, property is heavily damaged, there was no ice, no breakfast - not even coffee. No coffee pot in the room. The linens appeared to be clean, but there were burns in the bedspread. Also, I had to leave the property before I could even check in because they wanted a 20 dollar cash deposit. I had already paid $150 for the room. But I could not check in without giving them $20 cash.

I always enjoy staying here. It’s truly a good value.

It was a great location to set off some New Year’s Day fireworks! As well as watch others in celebration of 2025!

Good, peaceful, quiet stay!

Room was dirty they charged an extra 20 dollars in cash. Dead bugs on the floor. Shower would not work properly and there was holes in the comforter which was supposed to be a non smoking room could not open the back door to patio.

The room was in a state of worn dismay, couch had literal tears with exposed stuffing, bed had cigarette Burns, blinds weren't functional, the cleanliness of the run was disgusting, all the appliances were worn out and run down, the light switch was broken. The staff was incredibly rude and not helpful in any way. The lady who worked the desk even fussing at us while cursing. All of this with a vastly over priced stay that wasn't pleasant in any way possible. Will never stay here again and warn every one to stay away.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! Take this property off your list of recommendations. I can't see Expedia attaching it's name to this place. It was absolutely gross. Even the check-in office. It was filthy at the door, once inside the room, the tub was not clean, the bathroom door looked like someone had kicked it in, it was all busted up, especially at the bottom. It said non-smoking, but the room reeked of stale smoke, marijuana, pets. When I asked the person at the front desk to have the front area swept she said "NO, it's outside". So I asked for a refund and left and had to find other accommodations for the week. Those pictures are deceiving. I'm still disgusted.

I booked a king for 4 people just to swim, upon checkin i was told that I'd have to pay 10 dollars for each person since i got a king for 4 people. I said I booked for 4 and she never mentioned it again. Balcony exit had dog feces. Room was dirty, old, outdated, but we just wanted to swim. Pool was ok, a little dirty. Seems like this family just makes up rules to nickle and dime you.
