The staff were wonderful at The Renwick and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, the mattress and bedding were very poor quality. I wouldn’t stay here again unless there was an upgrade. It is a very convenient location and they play excellent music in the lobby!!

Very funky, artsy property. Liked the aesthetic. The electric outlet by the bathroom mirror was inoperable and a coat hook fell off the wall. I could literally hear every word spoken by the guests on the other side of the wall. Luckily they were quiet when I was sleeping.

It was really great

Excellent bargain. Everything was was except the windows were not properly sealed and some cool air was felt inside the room. Actually, I liked it, not everyone would appreciate it.

Excellent - would stay again

The plus is that the hotel is in a good location, in a quiet and safe area. It is also reasonable from a cost standpoint. Downsides are that the hotel really needs updating and there are really no amenities. Also, the interior doors slam really load when you enter a room. This is not ideal on the weekends when your neighbors down the hall come in at 3am.

Really nice vibe. Very comfortable and convenient to Grand Central. Wish they offered breakfast other than coffee and pastries. Definitely should add tea and decaf. Over all wonderful stay.

Staff was so lovely. Loved my room with a balcony with a view of the empire state building. Super convenient to grand central yet very quiet.

The Renwick was a great find! we were looking for a hotel near, but not in, Times Square and this fit the bill perfectly. Really cool decor, patterned after famous writers. Comfortable beds. Great bar/restaurant right next door. Really just a terrific team working at the place. We will return!

I booked a king room and it felt like a bomb shelter.. the comforter was stained and so were the pillow cases. There was also a bug on the floor which let me to believe they didn’t vacuum. Also while showering water flooded the whole bathroom.

Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. Needed to stay longer and they made the accommodations.
