Clean, good location and staff friendly.

Recommended for its Location, friendly staff. Near to Powell BART st (very easy to travel from and to SFO airport), Powell st cable cars, Union sq, retails shopping and restaurants surround. Side walk in front of the hotel is clean, I’m a female solo traveler but feel safe walking back to the hotel at night (about 10pm or earlier), though at the other end of the hotel there’s always a homeless sitting (at the corner of Powell st & Ellis st.). Staff are helpful and friendly. They pointed the ‘not too steep’ street to walk into-thanks for that guys! Stayed in classic room, 1 double bed. room’s small for 2 people to move to. A bit old. Got ceiling fan and air con, safe box. bed’s sheets clean and comfy-smaller for most people and if 2 of you but enough for me. Bathroom’s spacious (more space compare to room size probably due to accessibility), and clean. Free wifi-good connection. Pricey but worth every penny, as its location and its in SF.
