Every year we stay at Casa Iguana for a month we love it there its such a beautiful place that staff and house cleaners are so nice and accommodating the hotel restaurant is really great too. It’s quiet and relaxing Canela the hotel dog is so sweet. We will miss her. See you next year.

El cuarto está muy bien, en excelentes condiciones. Lo único malo es que Hotel Casa Iguana se encuentra del otro lado de la carretera y hay que cruzarla para llegar a la playa.

Nice hotel in mismaloya if you want to do non all inclusive, short walk to beach, zoo and many great restaurants around

Everything as good but the pool was broken and a kid got a big cut because of the broken pool

This is a great place but could stand some updates. When we were there the pool tables and chairs were getting redone and the refinished ones were great. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely love this quant hotel. It's getting older but the people and town of Mismaloya are awesome. Not far from the city (Puerto Vallarta) if you need some excitement but I love the casual laid back feel of Casa Iguana. You can't beat the price either♥️

The casa iguana was very comfortable, practical appartement with a small kitchen , and a living room. The pool is beautiful and the property very well maintain. The only thing I find very unfortunate is that I believe guest should have access to big gallons of water , to limit the amount of plastic bottles that end up being thrown away everyday. In thes days, there is sufficient awareness on being more conscious about not creating tons of plastic garbage.. Other than that, casa iguana is a very good place to spend a relaxing confortable time.

Overall a very nice place, great price and food, very nice and friendly staff, the only thing is the resort property was a little run down. Recommend for people that want to do a lot of activities and spend less on a resort.

Our favorite spot could use some more kitchen items. Part next door went until 4am. Will be back because of its location. Love it

Fourth stay and am going back for more in a few months. A comfortable place with a relaxed vibe.

I really enjoyed the setting for the hotel. The lush jungle/mountain area is so relaxing and inviting. The hotel itself was enjoyable, Room was always clean and well maintained during my week stay there. Convenient bus service into PVR and really enjoyed walking across the bridge in front of the hotel and following the river for a bit. Who knew a OXXO would be there...HAhaha The hotel needs to feature itself better, Did not realize until half way through my stay that it had a functioning restaurant. Always walked down to the beach for dinner or in the morning took a bus and had breakfast at the Pancake house.

This place is more like an dance club than a hotel. Lound Music plays until 3:00am. Terrible sleep.

Property area is awesome but outside lounge chairs need to be replaced. Staff fantastic

I have stayed here several times. It is a very reasonably priced hotel reminiscent of old authentic Mexican accomodations. Friendly guests and nice but cold pool in February.

Suite was as described. Check in was easy and prompt

Staff are Great. Nice place for the money. Little update wouldn’t hurt. Pool not heated.
