I write reviews to help other travelers make informed choices. The thing to say here is that it is not a 5* property or service - no turn down service, only buffet breakfast (nothing cooked to order), the shower was difficult to maintain constant temperature etc - when we arrived the private pool was not clean, the bed squeaked and there were always noises at night in the room
Mr George K the hotel manager addressed these the following day - but should a 5* property have needed such? I leave to you
We did have a good time nonetheless, if expectations are for a 3 or 4* property / attention to detail (see review for Parocks)
