We had unfortunately faced BEDBUGS while staying there! On 07/12/2025. The front desk ladies had seemed very unconcerned, I would stay very vigilant when staying and please check your beds. So very gross.

It was clean, beds were very comfortable! Easy access to highway to see sites. Walking distance to downtown rapid city. Breakfast was good ! Staff very friendly and helpful!

Great location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast the following morning. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay for 2 nights! The room was super comfortable, and the location was perfect – everything important was just a stone's throw away. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for convenience and relaxation. The breakfast was decent, but adding more variety would take it to the next level.

The property was fine. Easy parking. It was definitely overpriced.

The hotel was quiet, clean and convenient to activities! Staff was helpful and courteous. We enjoyed breakfast with Julie serving us with her kindness in the morning!

Hot Tub jets not working, but they did have 2 hot tubs, pool was rrally cold

This was a nice property nice clean room. The problem we had was with Television reception. Watching a program the system had to keep updating then it would come back on and wasn't in the same place as when update started. Very annoying.

Needs improvement. Cold pool. Good location.

Very Disappointing Stay The hotel was extremely dirty overall. The hot tub jets weren’t working, and when we mentioned it, staff said they were aware but clearly weren’t in any hurry to fix the issue. The ceiling in the pool area was literally falling down—definitely not safe. To top it off, the included breakfast was cold and unappetizing. Would not recommend and won’t be returning.

The only complaint is the neighbors next to me were extremely loud all night. Front desk was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.
