Faultless stay! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome. All staff were excellent. The room was huge, clean and well equipped with amenities. Pool and food were fabulous! Book your stay

Nice facility centrally located to all parts of London. Bathroom is excellent with good linens, a Japanese style toilet, and quality soaps. Staff is courteous and exceedingly helpful.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at the hotel were exceptional. The property is somewhat dated but made up by very cleanliness throughout.

Location was perfect. staff were wonderful and the rooms were top notch. Only negative was the shower ...it's side was way to high to get into that tub to take a shower and im 6'2"
