Room was clean and staff were good. The hot tub and pool were very disappointing. The hot tub jets just circulate and so it’s noting more then a warm bath tub.

Room was cold, bed sheets look dirty, asked for slippers was told to go to Walmart, carpets looked dirty, the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in by far.

Rooms were nice and big. Accommodated my family well.

Cleanliness

Room wasn't anything special. The door lock broke and we were stuck in the hallway for 35 to 40 mins waiting for maintenance to fish a line under the door to unlock. Was after 9 and had little kids so didn't wanna switch rooms but couldn't leave room because key pad didn't work
